Shipping Policy

General
Your order will be dispatched within 72 hours of receipt. The order will be shipped in a plain package, with no declarations. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure compliance with any customs formalities or similar in your country of residence. Experience has shown that delivery is normally within 12 - 16 Business Days from the time of shipment, however some destinations may take longer due to local infrastructure.

USPS Overseas/US-US - Shipping to any valid address.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department HERE. If the order has not yet been shipped, you will be given 100% credit for the entire order.
If your order has already been shipped, and you decide to cancel the order you will however be required to pay the shipping charges that we incurred.

Refund Policy

Due to federal and local laws we will not be able to receive medication back after they were dispatched, if for some reason your order did'nt show up or got damaged - we will issue an immediate refund or send another package as per your request.
You should also check your local exportation laws regarding Generic medication, some places might disallow such an export.
We will ask of you to first allow the 21 business days from the day of the order was sent to pass; after you did not recieve the package or if you got notifed by customs that your package was stalled or returned to the sender, email us to HERE and we will take care of your request promptly.
